    Congrats to CofC!

Best of luck in the Regionals next week. Will be pulling for you!

Don't know if W&M will get in. We'll see ...

GMU and Texas A&M on ESPN 2 right now.

NU opened the season getting swept a 3-game series at A&M.

In the last game Chris Carmain held them scoreless for 7 innings. Bullpen gave a a walk-off HR in the 9th.

Another former CAA member ODU got eliminated by Campbell in extra innings today.

NU may lose their double-play combo as SS Jason Vosler and 2B Michael Foster were taken in the amatuer draft.

Vosler was selected by the Cubs in the 16th round and is expected to sign.
Foster was selected by the Astros in the 38th round, but has 2 years left of eligibility and may return to NU (he received a medical redshirt his freshman year).

Wishing them both the best of luck in their careers.

The Mets used back to back picks on CAA guys Saturday. Michael Katz (W&M) in the 9th round and Kelly Secrest (UNCW) in the 10th.

The Seahawks had 4 drafted (all pitchers) and W&M had 3.

Ober selected as freshman pitcher of the year by the NCBWA. He has also been invited to try out for the National team. The tryouts go from June 19th to the 23rd.
