The College of William and Mary received one first place vote and is ranked in 4th place followed by The University of Delaware in 5th. Six CAA Football teams are ranked in the top 25.

The new kid on the block has their work cut out for them. Which university football team will win more games, Towson or Old Dominion?

Thanks to college sports guy for this... http://www.collegesportsmadness.com/fcs-football/top-25-rankings

    Delaware at 7
    New Hampshire @ 8
    JMU @ 16 and
    Richmond at 21.

This poll has four CAA Football schools in the Top 25 with 6 more slots to be guessed at. The CAA will garner at least 20% of the Top 25 spots in FCS football; William and Mary is likely in the Top 5. Villanova has a slight chance at making it but # 6 might be a bit to high for the 'Cats.

Jalevy we beat Campbell and while the score suggest we dominated and played our "A" game IMO we could have played a whole lot better last night. We still had some stupid penalties, turnovers and our KO team needs a lot of work. We can't allow CAA teams or even GSU and Hampton to start near the 50 every single time.

    # 19 Richmond; Humbled the Blue Devils of Duke by taking a late lead and holding onto it for the victory, 23 to 21. W

McNeese State; Lost to Kansas 24 to 42 even with 420 yards in total offense. L

    S. Carolina State (MEAC); Defeated by the Central Michigan Chippewas (MAAC) 6 to 21. L

Central Arkansas Bears (Southland); Defeated the Henderson State(??) Reddies, 38 -14. W

Chattanooga Mocs (SoCon); Lost to the Nebraska Cornhuskers, 7 to 40. L

The University of Pennsylvania Quakers; Idle.

Bethune-Cookman; Play today at Prarie View.

Of the 23 games played thus far by the FCS Top 25, 14 resulted in losses. All 14 losses were to FBS teams. The one victory by an FCS squad over an FBS squad was that of the Spiders over the Blue Devils. It took a CAA team to eke out one win over the FBS by the best the FCS has.
